About the Role
We are seeking a Project Designer & Customer Success Coordinator to play a key role in our Order Processing and Customer Experience team. This position is ideal for someone who is technically skilled, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and timely order fulfillment. You will act as a critical link between our sales, production, and dealer network—ensuring every project moves smoothly from design through delivery. We take lead times seriously, and your ability to drive accuracy and responsiveness will directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational success.
What You’ll Do
Order Processing & Project Management
•Oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders—from receipt to confirmation—by creating technical drawings and files that accurately reflect the customer’s order requests, including special part quotes and Docusign documentation. Ensure attention to accuracy and detail in all files and communications.
•Support dealers with the preparation of design files and technical specs using SolidWorks and other relevant tools.
•Ensure all orders meet internal quality standards and customer expectations before entering production.
Customer & Dealer Support
•Serve as a key point of contact for dealers and customers—providing timely updates, resolving inquiries, and managing escalations with professionalism and empathy.
•Maintain clear communication with the sales team and coordinate across departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
•Address customer questions regarding specifications, modifications, and project updates.
Process Management
•Communicate regularly with dealers to follow up on order status, address pending or delayed orders, and provide accurate updates.
•Use Salesforce to track and manage orders, issues, and pending items.
•Contribute to process improvements that streamline order processing and enhance the customer experience.
•Escalate and resolve roadblocks across cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, or similar)
•Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software (1+ year preferred)
•Experience using Salesforce and Monday.com
•Proficient in managing tasks, timelines, and reporting using digital tools
•Fluent in English (Required); Spanish (Preferred)
•Must be able to commute daily to our office in Hialeah, FL 33010

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
