The Project Coordinator (PC) supports the Project Manager (PM) and Project Development (PD) team by ensuring financial accuracy and documentation across all construction phases. The PC verifies that purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payments align with field confirmations and that Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) data matches real-time project budgets.
OUTCOMES
•PO Management: Ensure all POs are entered accurately and reviewed for scope alignment before payment approval.
•Field Verification: Obtain project management or superintendent confirmation that the scopes of work have been completed before processing payment milestones per the PO.
•COGS Reporting: Collect, standardize, and reconcile COGS data with project budgets monthly; provide variance reports.
•Invoice Processing: Process invoices and credits promptly, ensuring they are tied to the correct POs and accounting codes.
•Selections Management: Track and update selections and client-driven changes with proper cost adjustments and associated POs.
•Variance PO Creation: Generate variance POs, as needed, and record budget changes in coordination with accounting.
•Documentation: Maintain organized financial documentation in the Project Management software with timely updates.
