Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in managing insurance claims and property restoration projects. This role is responsible for handling client and vendor inquiries, documenting interactions, maintaining compliance, and coordinating daily tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
•Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff via email, TEAMS, and phone.
•Direct inquiries to the appropriate team member and ensure timely follow-up.
•Accurately document all interactions within DASH and other relevant software.
•Monitor and update job statuses in DASH Compliance, Alacrity, ConCon, Sedgwick, and BrightServ.
•Send compliance-related notifications to the team and maintain office supplies.
•Review and process accepted lead referrals from TPAs and other providers.
•Contact insured property owners, document job details, and complete health assessment surveys as needed.
•Schedule and coordinate appointments with the Project Manager and Foreman, ensuring all requirements are confirmed before moving jobs into production.
•Track project progress percentages and notify Accounting for progress payments.
•Audit job files to ensure all documentation, photos, and compliance tasks are complete.
Requirements:
•Strong organizational and communication skills.
•Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience with DASH, Alacrity, ConCon, BrightServ, or similar industry software is preferred.
•Experience in the insurance or property restoration industry is a plus.
•Call center experience is a PLUS.
