We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our growing organization. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our values alive in the field—ensuring that as we scale, we continue to lead with care, connection, and community.

Department: Projects North of 60

Work Location: Yellowknife, NT

Position Summary

As a Project Coordinator (PC), you will join a dynamic and diverse project management team dedicated to executing a wide range of impactful projects—from straightforward soil disposal to large-scale remediation, demolition, and environmental construction initiatives. In this role, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship, and guidance from seasoned project managers and senior leadership, ensuring you have the support needed to thrive. Work Environment

This position will be responsible for coordinating projects primarily in the northern territories and will require travel to our North of 60 project sites. Travel uplift, accommodations and flights are provided or paid for by KBL.
