Project Coordinator
S&B Sons, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our team in Bakersfield, CA.
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be working in a construction environment assisting with the daily administrative tasks of the Project Manager. This position will be responsible for ensuring bid documents are complete, requesting estimates, managing contracts, attending job walks, compiling meeting notes, ordering materials, creating change orders, RFI's, scheduling & closeout binders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Manage project timelines to ensure projects are assigned, scheduled, and completed in a timely manner.
•Ensure project documentation is up to date and complete.
•Assist the project manager with project tasks from bidding to job completion
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
