Position Overview:
Elevated Power, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This dual-role position is responsible for both driving generator sales and managing the execution of residential and commercial generator installation projects. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is organized, and can seamlessly transition between customer-facing sales efforts and back-end project coordination.
Sales Responsibilities (Generator Focused):
•Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers
•Schedule and attend in-person appointments to evaluate customer needs
•Present generator solutions, provide estimates, and close sales
•Generate leads through various channels, including networking and referrals
•Follow up on outstanding proposals to drive conversions
•Maintain and update CRM system with customer interactions and pipeline updates
•Develop and nurture strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
Project Management Responsibilities:
•Manage permitting process, including submissions and follow-ups with local municipalities
•Coordinate with utility companies for required service upgrades or approvals
•Work closely with the Field Staff Manager to schedule and organize fieldwork
•Maintain open and professional communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
•Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates are provided to clients
•Monitor job progress, proactively solve issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule
•Support job site coordination as needed to ensure a seamless installation process
Qualifications:
•Prior experience in sales, estimating, or project management (electrical or construction industry preferred)
•Knowledge of generator systems is a plus, but training will be provided
•Strong communication and customer service skills
•Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project tracking tools
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
