What You’ll Do:
•Own the estimating process for small to mid-sized electrical projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and bringing accuracy, efficiency, and insight to every bid.
•Take charge of end-to-end project management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding high quality standards.
•Be the go-to partner for clients and contractors, building lasting relationships and guiding projects from kickoff through completion.
•Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source the right materials and equipment, balancing cost, quality, and timelines.
•Develop and manage dynamic project schedules that optimize resources and keep everyone on track.
•Lead project execution on the ground, quickly identifying challenges and driving solutions to keep things moving smoothly.
•Wrap up projects with confidence, preparing all close-out documentation and ensuring every detail is buttoned up.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Required:
•3-5 years proven experience in the commercial electrical field.
•Proven ability to utilize technology platforms such as ServiceTitan and Procore to manage service requests, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
•Experience with Excel a plus.
•Must be able to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.
•4 year degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
•Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
•Availability required Monday through Friday, with occasional additional hours in response to emergencies.

Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
•Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel frequently throughout the day
•Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces as needed
•Manual dexterity required for operating tools, equipment, and machinery
•Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and exposure to electrical hazards with appropriate PPE
