As a Project Contracts Specialist you will create all contractual aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will support procurement team by drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts with the client.
You will report to the Project Procurement Director and be located in Cranberry Township, PA. Hybrid work schedule.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
- Ensure understanding of project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to resolve contractual issues.
- Maintain contract records and ensure documentation.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance.
- Manage change orders, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support audits and internal reviews related to contracts.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement officers, legal counsel, and external vendors.
- Provide guidance on contractual obligations and rights.
- Support project reporting and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management in project-based environments.- Experience with procurement processes and contract law.
- Proficiency in contract management software.
- Experience with FIDIC, NEC, or other standard contract forms.
- International project experience.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year.
