Project Specialist – Contract, long-term

Your Day-to-Day:

- Manage Project Document Library

- Maintain Project Management Plans

- Organize and analyze Project Data

- Update Project Status Reports

- Communicate with Vendors, team members and stakeholders

- Assist in managing Risk and Operating Experience

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules

- Participate in and occasionally lead Project Meetings

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of cost estimates

- Track and report project status for actions, documents, implementation, etc.

- Prepare for project audits

- Follow the project process flows and complete or arrange for the completion of, predecessor and successor tasks.

- Meet a schedule of deadlines while still maintaining a high quality of work

- Ensure the project plans and management documents are prepared, approved, communicated, and maintained

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or vocational school such as electronics. Without a degree, must have 2-5 years’ experience in project management processes or nuclear experience.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Knowledgeable of client’s project management processes including knowledge of the PMI-PMBOK and INPO 09-002 Excellence in Nuclear Project Management, preferred

- Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana as well as CBD oil), and employment testing.

- Local to the area, no relocation or per diem offered
