Zephyr Wind is purpose-built to support the wind industry from the ground up. SUMMARY:Primary responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: maintaining accounting records, preparing customer invoices, purchase orders, job transactions, timecards, inventory and accounting for projects and contracts.
· Data entry into Traverse, including purchase orders, generating new vendors, timecards, job transactions, customer sales orders, billing, intercompany and inventory transactions.
· Assisting with P6 scheduling, tracking, billing and reporting.
· Managing certified payroll and IRA compliance as required by contracts.
· Accounting and reporting for projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing and financial reporting.
· Maintaining fixed asset schedules and planned CapEx purchases.
· Managing and maintaining deferred revenue related to projects.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems. Traverse experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate and maintain positive relationships with all employees and the public.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Possess problem solving, reasoning, reasonable judgement and analytical skills.
- Ability to comply with appropriate task deadlines.
- Work independently and as a team member as required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-plus years of experience in a similar role.
