Program Manager

Our firm is currently looking for a dedicated Program Manager with experience in public works and/or educational facility project types. The program will have an emphasis on existing facility upgrades and modernization project types. The position will be located in downtown Los Angeles, CA, and will support the largest public school district construction program in the nation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Preferred Education and Experience:

Education: Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in architecture, engineering or construction management.

Experience: Ten (10) years full time paid professional experience in the management and administration of various programs and projects under programs to include, scope development, planning and design, budget and funding allocation and close-out. Minimum four years’ experience in managing programs in a public or educational agency, with full responsibility for coordinating complex activities. Experience in managing multiple education or public agency programs concurrently is preferred.

Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED

The salary range for this full-time role is $120,200.00-$160,266.69 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
