We're looking ahead to future opportunities for a

Program Director

who will lead strategic initiatives across our renewable energy portfolio.

In this role, you’ll shape and execute high-impact programs, manage utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects, and collaborate with key stakeholders—from government agencies to industry partners. You’ll also mentor a talented team and ensure compliance with evolving energy regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven leadership in renewable energy program management

- Strong project execution and stakeholder engagement skills

- Indirectly leading others by motivating and influencing them.

- Deep understanding of clean energy technologies and market trends

- 10+ years of experience, ideally in utility-scale renewables

- A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position typically ranges from the minimum to the mid-point annually, based on experience and qualifications.
