One position will be filled in Lake Mary, FL (Northpoint Office) and the Second position in Lake Buena Vista, FL (Buena Vista Ops Center)

Position Summary:

The Business Development Sales Manager sells value added outdoor lighting services to governmental, commercial, institutional and industrial customers. These services include outdoor lighting, and associated monitoring and control technology. This position requires a customer sensitive, team-oriented person with a high level of proven technical and business expertise in solving customers issues and leading internal and external resources to support this effort. This position will report the Manager of Outdoor Lighting and will interface with internal stakeholders that include LAM, CRM, Marketing, Engineering, Operations. Main duties will include engaging governmental, commercial, industrial and residential developers' customers face to face.

Relations with Others:External* This position will interface with Residential, Industrial and Commercial Developers as well as city officials.

Internal* This position will report to the Manager of Products and Services, and will interface with Marketing leadership, Business Relations leadership, and Operations.

Basic Required Qualifications:* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing or any other related degree

Desired Qualifications:* 6+ years relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.

Additional Preferred Qualifications* Proficient in Microsoft Office software tools.

Working Conditions* Normal office environment with some travel, including overnight travel and site visits.
