Production Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Workers to join our team in a metal fabrication shop. The ideal candidates will have a background in a machine shop environment, good mechanical knowledge, and experience with material movement. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Operate machinery and equipment to produce products efficiently.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks and equipment maintenance.

- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on production equipment.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.

Requirements

- Previous metal fabrication experience is preferred.

- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
