What You’ll Do

- Work Safe, Always – Safety isn’t optional. You’ll be trained to follow procedures and help maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

- Run Production – Operate and monitor equipment to keep production moving and deliver quality products on time.

- Think & Solve – Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to spot issues, troubleshoot equipment, and keep production on track.

- Stay Engaged – Learn our processes, take initiative, and bring your best effort every shift.

- Be a Team Player – Work with others who are committed to accountability, communication, and results.

- Improve & Grow – Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities (kaizen, process updates, and more).

What We’re Looking For

- High School Diploma or GED (Required).

- A track record of strong attendance and dependability.

- Ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills — not just follow directions, but understand why and find better ways to get the job done.

- Willingness to work with your hands and keep moving on the job.

- Positive attitude and focus on teamwork.

- Manufacturing or forklift experience a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person).

Schedule

- 8-hour or 10-hour shifts (depending on department needs).

- Overtime opportunities.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift.

- Bending, reaching, and moving safely in a fast-paced environment.
