Production Worker

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line, ensuring efficient workflow.

- Assemble products according to specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for assembly tasks.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

- Assist in training new employees on production processes and equipment operation.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is preferred.

- Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.

- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling troubleshooting of basic equipment issues.

- Experience operating forklifts is advantageous for material handling tasks.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.

- Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding inventory management.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while following instructions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
