Production Worker

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery, including stamping presses and lathes, and possess a solid understanding of mechanical processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.

Duties

- Ability to adapt to doing different tasks

- Able to perform polishing operations on various sizes and shapes of aluminum castings

- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify any necessary maintenance.

- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers to verify the dimensions of finished products.

- Able to identify defects in the casted parts

- Perform assembly procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.

- Document production data accurately for quality control purposes.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
