Production Supervisor

Wolverine Corporation is a well-established company located in Southwest Michigan, and we are searching for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor with metal stamping background. The successful candidate will be responsible for shift operations to ensure production schedules are met within customer expectations.

Successful candidate must:

- Have 3-5 years experience as a Production Supervisor preferably in a metal stamping or manufacturing facility.

- Be familiar with 5S and lean concepts

- Administer safety and company policies, rules, procedures

- Have solid knowledge of die change procedures and press safety

- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels

- Develop and maintain team approach and motivate employees

Pay is based on previous experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor.
