Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Aristo Industries SC Racks Processing Facility. In this role, you will oversee production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in our manufacturing processes. You will be in charge of 4 department managers and around 30 shop employees. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

•

Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

•

Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals. Make improvements to floor processes in order to achieve production goals.

•

Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations within the manufacturing facility.

•

Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines.

•

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to maintain optimal performance.

•

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

•

Familiarity with steel processing and welding.

•

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

•

Effective communication skills for clear interaction with staff at all levels.

•

Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not required.
