Production Supervisor - Cyber/Test

Job Description Summary

The Test Supervisor will be responsible for a team of Test and Cyber Technicians and will ensure Safe and high-quality operations while maintaining business delivery and revenue expectations. This is an onsite role based in the Longmont, Colorado - Controls Solutions and Services Site.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Get to Gemba and monitor the work areas ‘Hazard Hunts’ and documentation of same in Gen Suite. + Manage Shop Schedule + Engaging in Lean initiatives and AWO (Action Work Out) as part of continuous improvement

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $89,900.00 - $120,100.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10 % variable incentive compensation.
