As a Production Supervisor at DENIOS-US, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to deliver safe, high-quality products while driving operational excellence. You will be the key leader for your assigned departments, overseeing daily operations and ensuring team engagement through a servant leadership style. Your role will be pivotal in creating a culture of ownership and pride within your team, reflected in both superior product quality and efficient adherence to customer deadlines.
In this position, you will be accountable for supporting safety initiatives, performance management, continuous process improvements, and fostering an environment where employees can thrive. You will contribute to meeting both labor and material budget objectives and participate in cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and celebrate achievements.
Key Responsibilities
•Safety Leadership: Ensure the safety of all team members by adhering to DENIOS-US safety protocols. Lead safety investigations following any incidents and complete the DENIOS standard OPS safety form within 24 hours.
•Operational Excellence: Lead and implement 5S initiatives and support the DENIOS Production System to improve operational efficiency and cleanliness across your area and plant.
•Leadership and Supervision: Act as the Area Owner (Floor General) of your departments, providing guidance, support, and direction to your team while fostering a culture of accountability.
•Team Development: Champion the growth and development of your team by providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure employees meet performance expectations.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in project meetings and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and solve operational obstacles.
•Project Management: Oversee the workflow of customer orders and internal projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
•Problem Solving: Lead Variability Reduction Team (VRT) meetings using the 8D problem-solving format to address and resolve issues.
•Continuous Improvement: Drive at least one key project per year that results in measurable improvements in safety, cost reduction, or product quality.
•Compliance: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and enforce DENIOS-US disciplinary processes when necessary.
•Fill-in for Operations Manager/Director: Step in to cover the Operations Director’s duties during their absence.
Physical Requirements
•Ability to spend extended periods of time on your feet while actively supporting your team on the production floor.

•This role follows a standard five-day workweek.

Education & Experience
•A four-year degree is preferred, but equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
