Wolverine Corporation is a well-established company located in Southwest Michigan, and we are searching for a 1st Shift Production Supervisor with metal stamping background. The successful candidate will be responsible for shift operations to ensure production schedules are met within customer expectations.
Successful candidate must:
•
Have 3-5 years experience as a Production Supervisor preferably in a metal stamping or manufacturing facility.
•
Be familiar with 5S and lean concepts
•
Administer safety and company policies, rules, procedures
•
Have solid knowledge of die change procedures and press safety
•
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
•
Develop and maintain team approach and motivate employees
Pay is based on previous experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor.
