Job Summary
This position exists to aid our production department in ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional installation experience with us and are 100% satisfied with their project. You will coordinate the projects. This includes but is not limited to ordering from various suppliers and scheduling project with customer. This position is responsible for insuring we can deliver on our commitments and timelines that were put on the contract the night of the sale.
Primary Responsibilities
•Interact with our staff and homeowners and assure 100% satisfaction
•Scheduling the installation.
•Organize, process, job folders.
•Order material(s) needed for the installation.
•Call in utility locates with appropriate organization. (If applicable)
•Update CRM software with customer notes, utilize Quick books software for purchase orders
Qualifications & Responsibilities
•Microsoft Office suite, experience with Access type data base management (CRM), QuickBooks.
•Effective communication, customer service, and technical skills
•Positive and energetic personality
•Possess a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
•2 years of Production Experience in Commercial or Residential remodeling or construction
•Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
