JOB SUMMARY:
The Laser, Cut & Primary Coordinator leads the team in operating machinery, ensuring that all parts produced meet established quality standards. This role is also responsible for inspecting finished products to maintain quality and ensuring the timely completion of all tasks while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Operate assigned equipment in accordance with company standards.
•Oversee manufacturing and production in the Laser, Cut & Primary Departments.
•Provide technical assistance and training to machine operators.
•Inspect parts to ensure conformity to specifications.
•Accurately report production times.
•Assign and oversee departmental cleanup duties.
•Address questions and provide guidance to team members.
•Resolve Made to Manage (M2M) clocking errors or issues as needed.
•Complete and submit Defective Material Reports (DMRs).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•One year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
•One year of leadership experience.
Skills:
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
•Strong knowledge of safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
•Effective time management skills to meet production deadlines.
•Commitment to maintaining accuracy and high quality in all final products.
•Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and leads on machine performance and production progress.
•Experience with an ERP System (Preferably M2M or Epicor)
