We are looking for a motivated and organized Repair Coordinator to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that repairs are handled efficiently, from scheduling to follow-up. General Accountabilities:

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

-Approve roof repair jobs in CRM

- Schedule repair jobs and follow up with clients to ensure repairs are completed to satisfaction, and handle customer inquiries related to repairs and provide updates throughout the process

- Coordinate repair technicians with assigned repair jobs

- Communicate with vendors, crews, and team members to coordinate repair schedules and materials

- Ensure and maintain a consistent, high volume of completed repairs

- Quality control job sites from the office, checking all photos, including pre- and post-repair documentation

- Repair crew labor payroll

- Evaluate and qualify potential repair technicians, ensuring they meet company standards

- Coordinate and manage service calls to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
