Job Summary
As an experienced Project Coordinator, you should be able to multitask various duties and responsibilities, work closely with field managers to coordinate schedules, material requirements, employment hiring, and timeframes for each project.
Job Requirements
•3 years’ experience as a Production Coordinator doing similar duties
•Trade School Certification or Associate Degree in construction management recommended.
•Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred.
•Experience using MS Office, including OneDrive, Outlook, Word and Excel.
•Experience with project tracking, forecasting and scheduling.
Job Duties
•Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure all crew members are aligned.
•Track production timelines and deliverables.
•Material procurement and production tracking
•Address and resolve any production issues that arise in a timely manner.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
•Ability to work within a team setting and independently.
•Demonstrate problem solving skills, remove roadblocks which can impact production.
•Strong communication skills, confident interacting in verbal, written and electronic form.
•Creates and distributes potential change orders and requests for information.
•Demonstrate commitment to the highest standards of customer satisfaction by displaying courtesy and sensitivity and responding promptly to customer needs.
