Liberty Art Works is a family-owned bronze art manufacturer creating artwork that honors the Fire Service, Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Services, and Military. We are hiring a hands-on Production Associate to join our team near Washington, MO.

This is a full-time, stable position with paid training, strong benefits, and opportunity to grow your skills in a unique, detail-focused manufacturing environment.

Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience, with increases based on performance)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no nights or weekends)

What you’ll do:

- Produce and process wax parts

- Work with molds (gravity and injection)

- Inspect and repair wax products

- Pack finished pieces and track inventory

Nice to have (not required):

- 1+ year manufacturing or production experience

- Experience with molding or lost-wax processes

- 3D modeling experience

You’ll be part of a specialized process used to create detailed bronze artwork—ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, precision work and takes pride in craftsmanship.
