Job Responsibilities
•Identify and remove outdated inventory per Excel instructions provided by the Procurement team.
•Prepare return shipments to vendors, ensuring proper labeling and item counts.
•Accurately adjust inventory levels in Innergy following disposals or returns
•Conduct regular bin audits (daily/weekly) to identify and resolve inventory mismatches.
•Perform monthly inventory reconciliations to verify system accuracy.
•Assist with inventory receiving, unloading, and put away.
•Match packing slips to purchase orders and update inventory records in Innergy.
•Execute scheduled cycle counts across various inventory zones.
•Investigate and resolve quantity variances and system discrepancies.
•Generate and maintain reports detailing low stock levels, excess inventory, and identified discrepancies
•Maintain logical placement of inventory for easy access and tracking.
•Ensure all storage bins and shelves are clearly labeled and organized.
•Ensure all items are properly tagged with part numbers, barcodes, or other required identifiers for traceability.
•Follow established safety procedures in all inventory-related tasks and others.
•Immediately report hazards, unsafe practices, or damaged inventory to leadership
•Attention to detail is required
Education
•High School diploma, GED, or higher is required
•Relevant experience can be considered as an equivalent to a degree
Experience & Requirements
•One or more years’ experience within the woodworking, manufacturing, or construction industry is preferred.
•Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift)
