Scope of Work:

WPI Product Support Representatives are professional support representatives possessing an in-depth knowledge of our company, its products, services, and support programs. The PSR should be positive, professional, and promote WPI. The PSR will be assigned a territory and/or accounts and is expected to contact customers and recommend and quote parts, services and maintenance agreements provided by WPI's manufacture's and WPI.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Product Support Representative is responsible and accountable for, but not limited to, the following:

· Fully utilize WPI’s Customer Resource Management system

· Prepare weekly itinerary to visit customers.

· Seek out new customers and opportunities

· Attend training when available from Manufacture's and WPI.

· Research Parts and meet vendors for quotes for customers as needed

· Provide product leads and communications with unit sales representative.

· Stay up to date on new product support offerings made available by WPI's Manufacture's and WPI.

· Quote customers parts and service jobs as required coordinating with parts and services .

· Manage Customer accounts and Service Agreements.

· Make customer site visits for obtaining information for quoting PM Agreements.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must have a minimum of years previous experience.

· Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

· Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; a.m. to p.m.

· Office –Indoor/Outdoor Work

· Hours are flexible as the job requires.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $74,704.00 per year
