Utilismart Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator

to oversee key aspects of

project management, product development, quality assurance, and release management

. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, aligning product development with business objectives, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

•

Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.

•

Lead Agile/Scrum sprints, track progress, and facilitate team collaboration.

•

Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure budget compliance.

Product Coordination & Roadmap Delivery Management

•

Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.

•

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure timely feature execution.

•

Conduct market research and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance & Release Management

•

Define, execute and oversee QA strategies, testing procedures, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

•

Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality releases and compliance with standards.

•

Manage release documentation, deployment coordination, and post-release monitoring.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

•

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery, product roadmap progress, and process improvements.

•

Provide regular updates to leadership on project timelines, milestones, and strategic impact.
