This is a full-time hybrid role for a Procurement Supervisor, based in Greater Philadelphia with flexibility for some remote work. The Procurement Supervisor will oversee purchasing activities, manage purchase orders, and ensure procurement processes adhere to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include contract negotiation, developing supplier relationships, and analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. The role requires effective communication with various stakeholders to meet operational needs efficiently.
- Expertise in Procurement, Purchasing, and managing Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and building relationships with suppliers
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of relevant procurement systems and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in procurement leadership roles is highly desirable
