Main Functions
•Implement the Project Quality Plan for your assigned scope
•Establish and manage Interface Management processes
•Monitor procurement to ensure compliance with approved procedures
•Oversee inspections (including pre‑inspection meetings) per Suppliers’ ITPs
•Execute the Procurement Surveillance Program according to the approved plan
•Report supplier performance to the Qualified Supplier List (QSL) ownerTasks & ResponsibilitiesLong‑Lead Equipment
•Review purchase documents to verify inclusion of all quality requirements
•Coordinate inspection activities and pre‑inspection meetings with critical suppliers
•Manage and monitor third‑party inspection personnel
•Identify non‑conformances, verify approved dispositions, and drive closureCompany‑Procured Equipment
•Oversee Contractor procurement via the Procurement Surveillance Program:
•Perform assessments and verifications per the approved plan
•Review/approve Contractor procurement procedures and monitor performance
•Participate in Subcontractor/Supplier qualification
•Review RFQ packages, bid proposals, and key Supplier quality plans/ITPs
•Attend and witness hold points (pre‑award, pre‑inspection, in‑process, FAT)
•Approve source inspector selections and inspection assignments
•Monitor source inspection activities; review ITPs and FAT schedules for PT involvement
•Review inspection reports based on criticality and ensure surveillance matches criticality ratings
•Track and verify closure of deficiencies and corrective actions
•Interface with Contractor Quality personnel to resolve issues per project requirements
•Receive and act on site feedback regarding material/equipment quality
•Coordinate logistics‑related quality activities with project sites
•Identify and assign supplemental source inspections as needed
•Advise Project Site Lead and Project Team on quality issues, status, and metricsSkills & Qualifications
•SURF experience; Flexible Risers experience preferred
•Proven QA/QC experience across engineering, procurement, or construction activities
•Technical training or high school diploma plus relevant discipline certifications
•5–10 years as a Procurement Quality Coordinator on major capital projects
•Willingness to travel domestically and overseas (1–2 trips/month)
