Procurement Project Manager

About The Role

As a Procurement Project Manager, you will work with Delivery Stream to incorporate procurement execution resources into a centralized software suite known as WPRO. You will coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure WPRO functionality is scoped, prioritized, and implemented into the platform. You will manage multiple work streams directly supporting project opportunities related to AP1000, AP300, and other products within APX Supply Chain.

You will report to the Manager - Account Management, Energy Systems, and be located at the Cranberry Township, PA headquarters. The role is hybrid. Travel varies by project demand and could be 5-20% (mostly travel to Eastern Europe).

Key Responsibilities Qualifications

- Program Management:

- Drive identification and development of functionality and execution of scope.

- Maintain and distribute reporting metrics to your team.

- Maintain and distribute schedule and forecasts for all scope.

- Maintain process for functionality enhancements.

- Maintain Subject Matter Experts organization to continue building on functionality.

- Develop job aids for users.

- Manage training classes as new functionality is rolled out and new users are onboarded.

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering.

- Experience preferred in the Power Generation or Nuclear Industries or any of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Refineries, Offshore Oil Production Platforms, Ship Building, Manufacturing Plants, Supply Chain, etc.

- Willing to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development.

- You must meet the criteria for access to our, partners' and clients' technologies and meet import/export controls laws and regulations.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $54,000 to $67,500 per year.
