We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Procurement Coordinator to help us identify public procurement opportunities and assist with simple proposal writing. This is an ideal position for someone organized, self-motivated, and familiar with procurement platforms like Biddingo or MERX.
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor websites such as Biddingo, MERX, and other procurement portals
•Identify and summarize relevant tenders or RFPs that align with our business
•Maintain a clean and up-to-date log of potential leads
•Support the team with proposal drafting using provided templates and guidance
•Communicate findings clearly and on time
Qualifications:
•Familiarity with procurement websites such as Biddingo, MERX, or similar
•Excellent English reading and writing skills
•Ability to understand and summarize bid opportunities
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets
•Strong attention to detail and time management skills
•Prior experience in procurement, business development, or administrative support is an asset
•Ability to work independently and remotely
