Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain and update supplier records and databases.
Track and report on procurement status, including order progress, delivery timelines, and potential delays
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to meet demand.
Support the procurement manager in identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing procurement processes.
Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to forecast procurement needs
Assist with vendor onboarding
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Contribute to improvement initiatives within procurement and administrative processes
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for team members.
Maintain office supplies and manage the office environment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in procurement, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Understanding of supply chain, logistics, or procurement processes
Experience with IT and networking equipment procurement is preferred.
Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with contract terms, purchase agreements, or vendor negotiations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with document management systems or shared platform is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.
