Job Summary
The Process Improvement Analyst will partner with electric and gas supply chain teams to drive efficiency across the supply chain process. The analyst is responsible to understand supply chain processes to use structured process improvement and problem-solving methods that will add sustainable value. The position will be a key role in data tracking, analysis, and collection. The analyst will make recommendations, for change and improvement, based on key performance indicators and metrics. This position will have the opportunity to interface with upper management and help drive efficient decision making.
Essential Functions
Education
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relative experience
Business, Data Analytics, Process Improvement, Engineering or Supply Chain Management - will consider relevant job-related CenterPoint Energy experience for non-degree candidates.

Compensation:
$66,078.40 to $99,117.60 Annually
