The Meter to Cash (M2C) team is seeking an analyst with a passion for project management and process improvement to support improvement initiatives across the department. M2C supports a range of processes that are critical to the customer experience and Entergy’s revenue stream. This position will work with senior analysts and functional managers to define scope and objectives of a wide variety of projects to operationalize effective and efficient business practices across all M2C teams. This role requires developing and maintaining an understanding of M2C business processes and systems to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. This position will support improvement projects, develop solutions, document processes, and develop visual management tools to support tracking progress of initiatives. This position is expected to keep key stakeholders within the M2C team updated on progress, hurdles, timelines, etc. on key initiatives via various mediums including Power BI and Power Point.
This position will be responsible for supporting other M2C groups and leading them through the process improvement methodology to develop and implement innovative technological and business solutions, to enable the business to meet its objectives. The role is highly visible and will work with multiple stakeholders, spanning across several portfolios, corporate teams, IT groups, and external partners. This role will interact periodically with senior leadership and provide tactical and strategic support on multiple levels.
