Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain drawings and design/technical specifications for Rod Control or Position products.
•Perform engineering calculations in support of design and analysis of Rod Control or Position products.
•Compile technical documents/specifications for procurement/manufacturing of Rod Control or Position products.
•Lead supplier and/or manufacturing operations with technical issue resolution.
•Hands-on installation and troubleshooting of equipment.
•Develop and issue test documentation and perform testing on New Stanton testbed equipment.
•Understand and lead interfaces with external engineering groups (Infrastructure, Equipment Qualifications, etc.).
•Provide technical mentoring for team members.
Qualifications:
•A Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar engineering discipline is required.
•Minimum of 10+ years of engineering experience.
•Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit analysis and design.
•Knowledge of control theory.
•Awareness of typical industry standard drawings including P&ID drawings, loop diagrams, cabinet drawings and panel layouts.
•Knowledge of lab equipment use (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, etc.).
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
•SolidWorks and Inventor experience is a plus
•Strong organizational, planning skills, and attention to detail.
•Strong technical writing ability.
•Highly motivated, self-starter.
