Parsons is seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer with a desire to enhance the fabric of our community, and to grow their career and leadership potential. This is an opportunity to join Parsons and work with our Syracuse office, which has served as a Center of Excellence for our Environmental practice for more than 35 years.
Role
This role will support and/or lead engineering assessments and other related activities for a variety of remedial design and construction projects ranging from the initial investigation phases through the final stages of remedial implementation and long-term management, collaborating with different project teams within our Environmental Practice group all across the Northeast.
Completes a wide variety of difficult engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses. The Engineer at this level is a fully qualified professional, proficient in the utilization of most engineering theories and practices. Willingness to occasionally travel to supplier, client, or construction site locations, is expected. This role will entail learning learning and applying project management skills under Parsons training program, and under the mentorship of our professionals.
The ideal candidate has ambition to learn the business side of the industry and work towards leadership positions within 5 years.

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
