Overview

ENERCON's Federal Services Group is seeking a Principal Engineer, based in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will provide leadership of our multi-location and multi-discipline project team, maintain and develop client relationships, and use your technical expertise to contribute to overall goals. Responsibilities

Driving collaboration across diverse teams and locations, you will forge strong client relationships and apply your expertise to deliver outstanding results. Your influence will drive progress and help shape the future of our work.

•

Leadership: Demonstrate technical and personnel leadership, providing resolution to multi-disciplinary technical issues, and support growth and development of staff. Contribute to Business Goals by meeting budgeted billable time

•

Client Service: Maintain external client relationships and develop client relationships to be engineer of choice, responding to proposals, information requests and more

•

Technical Experience: Possess engineering consulting experience leading and coordinating projects that include structural, mechanical and electrical engineering scopes in a building/facility environment

Qualifications

•

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical/civil)

•

Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and/or maintain a DOE L or Q clearance

•

Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the commercial or nuclear industry

•

DOE / NQA-1 experience preferred but not required

•

Experience creating project proposals and cost estimates

•

Experience organizing, coordinating and reviewing the design of building systems, including power, HVAC, piping and structural

•

Professional Engineer license preferred

Pay Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
