POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Axia is seeking a detail-oriented and highly passionate Pricing and Promotion Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting our residential renewable energy business. We are looking for someone who has strong experience in digital marketing and promotion analysis.
This position will be based out of our office in San Francisco, CA with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Tracking and analyzing referrals, pricing promotions, commissions data.
•Helping plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
•Keyword research and optimized the keyword to target the relevant the audience
•Measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and promotions and assesses against goals.
•Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through promotions and referrals
•Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
•Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
•Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Associates degree with 4+ years professional work experience or a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field with 2+ years of professional work experience with a minimum of 1 –3 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance.
•Proven working experience in pricing and promotions.
•Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns.
•Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
•Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
•Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
•Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
•Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
•Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
•Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
•Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment under strict deadlines.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
