Preventive Maintenance Technician (PM Technician).

Position Summary

To ensure our equipment runs efficiently and reliably for distribution in a profitable, calmer, effect manner. An excellent PM Technician will keep the equipment well lubricated, serviced and inspected by following the Preventive Maintenance program and manufactures recommendations . They will also keep all Stock lubrication levels monitored and stocked, they are organized and results‑driven with great problem‑solving skills.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Ensure proper lubrication of machinery and equipment

· Monitor oil and lubricant levels and replenish as needed.

· Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oil changes and filter replacements.

· Assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance tasks.

· Keep accurate records of oil usage and maintenance performed in the FIXX system.

· Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working on machinery.

· Collaborate with other crew members to ensure efficient operations.

· Attend beginning and end of shift meetings as scheduled.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience/Phyical

· High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

· Technical/Vocational Training a Plus

· Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment maintenance preferred

· Proven experience as a PM Technician

· Forklift operation required

· Abiltiy to lift at least 50 pounds

· Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

· Close mental and visual attention required, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods of time.
