Powder Coat Technician

Craftmasters Powder Coating is seeking an experienced powder coat technician for our second batch system. We primarily coat industrial equipment, but service a wide variety of clientele, both professional and private. The painter is responsible for producing high quality work while maintaining production quotas.

Position Requirements

- Minimum 1 year powder coating experience required

- Ability to identify parts from prints

- Strong attention to detail

- Ensure coating specifications and quality standards are met, and take corrective action to repair any sub-par quality work

- Maintain spray gun, booths, and various tools in good working condition

- Ability to meet deadlines and stay with the pace of the shop

- Punctual and present every day

Typical Shop Hours:

- Monday - Thurs 7:00am - 5:30pm, some Fridays.

- Paid Overtime

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hr BASED ON EXPERIENCE
