Powder Coater

Mabry Industries, Inc. is a small manufacturing facility that specializes in Metal Fabrication and Machining. Just about all of our steel parts and weldments get powder coated. We will train if needed and we work 4 days/week with Friday work being overtime pay.

```Duties:```

- Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal parts

- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary

- Load and unload parts onto racks or hooks for coating

- Monitor and adjust coating parameters to ensure proper thickness and coverage

- Inspect finished parts for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Requirements:```

- Experience operating a crane for material handling

- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools

- Familiarity with machining processes and precision measuring instruments

- Ability to assemble and fabricate metal parts as needed

- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques

- Valid forklift certification is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
