Shifts Available:

- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

- Possible overtime and Saturdays

Powder Coat Painter description of role:

NCT Technologies Group is currently seeking a Powder Coat Painter for 1st shift to join our team.

The Powder Coat Painter is responsible for the coating of parts/products per customer needs. The painter sets-up and coats parts in our batch booth. Painter will be responsible for cleaning, hanging, coating, baking, and packaging parts.

The ideal Powder Coat Painter will have an understanding in:

- Setting-up powder coating systems

- Monitoring coat quality for proper cure, adhesion, and coat thickness.

- Working in a team setting to direct/work with others in packaging and labeling.

- Check finished piece against print for correct color and texture.

- Changing colors during shift efficiently

- Monitor and track quantities of completed parts.

- Complete other duties as assigned

Powder Coat Painter Skills and Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License

- Excellent attendance

- Punctual

- Team Player

- Positive Attitude

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking and bending

Powder Coat Painter Salary:

$18.00 - $22.00 based on experience
