Plumber

Location: Miami, FL (Projects also in Fort Lauderdale / South Florida) Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Plumber to work on residential renovation and new construction projects in Miami. This role is ideal for someone who understands Miami code, inspections, and real job site execution—not just service calls.

You will be working directly with a contractor team on active projects. We value speed, clean work, and problem-solving in the field.

Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, drainage, fixtures)

- Rough-in and finish plumbing for bathrooms, kitchens, and full renovations

- Read plans and execute based on layout/design

- Ensure all work meets Miami-Dade code and inspection requirements

- Diagnose and solve plumbing issues on-site

- Coordinate with electricians, HVAC, and framing teams

- Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements

- 3+ years of plumbing experience (residential preferred)

- Strong knowledge of Miami code and inspections

- Experience with:

- Rough-ins

- Pipe installation (PVC, copper, PEX)

- Fixture installation

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field

- Own basic tools (preferred)

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus

Preferred (Higher Pay Tier)

- Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master)

- Experience pulling permits and passing inspections

- Experience leading a small crew

Compensation

- $25 – $45/hour (based on experience and skill level)

- Higher rates available for licensed plumbers
