Plant Operator - Night Shift

Job Description

Rocanda is actively seeking Plant Operators to help manufacture non-hazardous chemicals for the oilfield and also move product between buildings as required. This position will be for our Night shift, from 9:00 pm - 5:30 am, Sunday - Thursday Night

Responsibilities include:

- Weighing and staging raw materials

- Blending products such as clay stabilizers, scale inhibitors and friction reducers

- Forklift operation

- Transferring product between shops

- Cleaning Chemical totes as needed at the tote facility

- Warehouse maintenance as required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 50 - 75 lbs

- Must have a valid Class 5 license with clean abstract

-Experience working with different types of pumps (gear, PC, air diaphragm, triplex, etc.) is a definite asset

- Prior forklift certification/operation is an asset

- Prior experience hauling 40 foot gooseneck trailers

- good work ethics and team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
