To coordinate and assist the company in the efficiency of Plant Operations relating to safety, security, inventory, equipment, transportation and human resources.
Oversee the enforcement of all PPE requirements and regulations to promote a safe work environment.
Ensure monthly safety meetings are held according to the schedule and include any information requested by the Safety Manager.
Review the facility’s security system every morning for motion detection from the previous day or weekend and daily security.
1. Responsible for the daily schedule and ability to set-up plant according to current schedule needs, while maximizing front haul-back haul opportunities.

o Ensure the plant is unlocked for employees to enter by 30 minutes prior to start of the shift and properly locked up at the end of the day
