Plant Laborer

Bauer Company, Inc., a block manufacturing facility located in Worthington PA, is currently searching for an experienced General Laborer to join their team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Provide support for production lines with hands-on skills to including raw material processing, manufacturing, packaging, plant cleanup and maintenance.

· Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion.

· Ability to operate forklift to load materials.

· Must be available to work 10 hour shifts 4 days per week with overtime as needed.

Requirements / Education / Experience

- Able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 100lbs.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- An understanding of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

- The ability to understand, follow, and apply policies, practices, and operating procedures.

- A proven ability to work independently as well as within a team.

- Commitment to working in an extremely safety-conscious environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent
