- Lead and coordinate pipefitting crews, subcontractors, and support personnel in high-risk, schedule-driven industrial environments.
- Execute pipefitting scope in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Interface effectively with Project Management, QA/QC, Safety, Commissioning, and client teams to support project execution.
- Ensure adherence to industrial safety standards and site requirements, including OSHA, LOTO, confined space, and hot work protocols.
- Support work planning, sequencing, and coordination activities to meet schedule and quality objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.- Minimum 5+ years of verifiable industrial construction experience, including power generation, heavy industrial, refinery, or large energy infrastructure projects. - 5+ years of industrial pipefitting experience on power or process facilities. - Experience on large-scale projects, preferably $1B+ EPC or multi-prime.
- Demonstrated experience with large-bore, high-pressure / high-temperature piping systems.
- Working knowledge of ASME B31.1 and B31.3, piping specifications, and isometric drawings.
- Experience with fit-up, welding sequencing, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and turnover support.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and NDE coordination.- Ability to work 10+ hours per day, up to 7 days/week
- Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions, with possible exposure to radiation or chemicals
- Ability to perform field work in all areas of the job site, including ability to climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolds at various heights
- Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, or stoop around equipment safely
- Ability to work in confined spaces, if needed
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and lift up to 20 pounds overhead
